Your Waymo taxi is blocking the handicap ramp in front of 3D3 6th Avenue again. I'm handicap; I need to use the ramp to get up to the street.
I can't because it's blocked the whole yellow handicap ramp here. I'm going to call the police and have this taxi towed away because this is not the first time.
Every night this week, it's done this. Sick of it.

Preferred solution: I would like to be able to get off the sidewalk to get into my ride get to my destination the taxi is blocking I'm in a handicap wheelchair. Now I can't get to my destination and I'll lose money on account of this

Waymo almost hit me & driver infront of me today in LA. We had tonswerve to avoid collision. Scary situation
Waymo almost hit me & driver infront of me today in LA ( marin del ray ) . 12/30 We both had the far left double turn lane & waymo serves into out lane forcing us to swerve.
Dangerous & if we didn swerve into oncoming traffic we both would have been hit. Passengers in back looked scared as I yelled at car.
Lost phone in Waymo.

Waymo will be the cab of the future. I hope you realize that not everyone can afford $35 for a one-mile ride; that's overdoing it price-wise.

Ahead of the trip we purchased a round-trip fee of $43. However, we were not able to use it.
We were charged $25 for each direction. When I talked with your staff person from the car, he could not comprehend what we were talking about he kept on trying to connect us for a third trip, which made no sense

Your agent disconnected me from the call; the issue was not resolved. There was an error with the Waymo car on my last pick-up.
It would not give me entry to the car.
I called Waymo, and they said they would credit it out because it would take another 30 minutes to be picked up. I would like this resolved immediately, and I would like to resume service with you.
Preferred solution: A credit for my missed ride and to resume service.

I found out the problem has to be solved with Amer. Express for extra charges.
I was billed for 3 trips on 12/14/2025. I only had 2 trips.
One from Granite Reef Rd, Scottdale, Az to Orpheum Theatre, 203 Adams Phoenix. 2nd trip was return feom 203 Adams to Granite Reef, Scottsdale.

I still don't know where my daughter is. Police gotta help. I see, since I don't know the email to the person that may have taken her away because she doesn't have a Waymo account.
