My answer to "how difficult" it was to reach a representative is incorrect. It was very difficult.

I wanted to respond quickly as it was a safety issue but could not call directly without a barrage of questions. I was not in a Waymo car but almost hit by one changing lanes.

I was driving at the time, but I knew that it couldn't wait to report a swerving Waymo car. Very difficult to make that call while driving.

I said enuf...!!!quit forcing me to do things I already did.. quit forcing me to chat on line when I have determined I need to talk live.

my wife and I have Waymo accounts, the problem was her pick up at the hospital..

we were forced to take alternate commercial transportation. TERRIBLE SITUATION in the dark.
